Updated: 23 hours ago

The purpose of life coaching is to help people who have a good life find their way to an even better life. If you have trauma, you need to seek a mental health professional and should find a therapist. Google defines trauma as a lasting emotional response to an event. This happens when you've witnessed or have been involved in something that is violent, a death or serious injury, emotional or physical abuse, etc.

So who would benefit from a life coach? I'm going to spout off lots of ideas and maybe this is you.

You might need a life coach if you're

  • questioning your parenting skills

  • struggling to get along with a coworker

  • wanting support after a medical diagnosis
